PACE Technical Raised $10,450 for Movember 2020!

Movember has been around for a very long time and they are the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. Men’s health is in crisis. Men are dying on average 6 years earlier than women, and for largely preventable reasons. Unchecked, prostate cancer rates will double over the next 15 years. Globally, testicular cancer is the most common cancer among men aged 15-39 years of age. And across the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day, with males accounting for 75% of all suicides. Movember is uniquely placed to address this crisis on a global scale. They fund groundbreaking projects all over the world, engaging men where they are to understand what works best and accelerate change.

We have always been an avid supporter of the Movember movement every year and we're committed to growing our moustaches, raising funds and awareness for men's health. To help raise awareness and funds this year while being stuck at home in the middle of a pandemic, we brought back a special live 2-Hour Facebook concert with our CEO, Shael Risman. Shael held this weekly event between March and June this year and since then, the requests to resume it have been ongoing! Anyone who donated was able to submit a special song request for this live event and all donations were matched by PACE! Our goal this year was to raise $10,000, and PACE Technical is proud to announce that we met and surpassed our goal and raised $10,450 in total.
