With over 25 years of experience in infrastructure support, help desk support and computer systems, Sami is a Service Desk Analyst at PACE. He holds an Electronics Engineering Technician Associate degree from DeVry Institute of Technology and a PC Specialist Diploma, from Canadian Business College. Sami’s critical role in delivering technical support to end-users guarantees that all concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently and empowers our clients’ organizations to sustain operational continuity.
On a day-to-day basis, Sami can be found assisting clients with diverse computer systems, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment problems. He also proactively communicates with clients and provides updates on outstanding incidents and projects. Over his career, Sami has developed expertise in remote desktop support, client communications, troubleshooting & problem-solving.
After hours, Sami loves playing soccer, spending quality family time and enjoys exploring the stunning coast of Croatia.
