Nadia Chamberlain

Nadia plays a crucial role in ensuring that our company hires the best talent in the industry, setting PACE up for ongoing success in our business operations. As our HR Manager, Nadia has over 7 years of experience in HR consulting, coordinating, and management. She holds a Post-Graduate certification in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trent University.

With skills in relationship building, performance management, resource planning, conflict resolution and change management, Nadia’s role involves providing strategic HR support, identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions that align with our goals and mitigating potential HR risks. She also develops career pathing initiatives with a roadmap for our team’s career advancement.

Outside of work, she has a passion for collecting vinyl records and playing live trivia. She is also a die-hard fan of “The Office” and has re-watched almost every episode.
