Mark McRae

Mark's commitment to service excellence and his compassionate spirit makes him a genuine partner and mentor at PACE Technical. With over 30 years of IT experience, Mark is the Chief Strategy Officer and a Partner of PACE Technical.

He started his career in Technology Management and completed a post-graduate IT program, graduating at the top of his class. He’s held previous roles such as Computer Programmer and Technology Analyst, and during his 8-year tenure with RBC, he discovered his calling in people management.

With a compassionate and caring presence that helps clients and our internal team feel at ease, Mark is an asset to our company and our clients. Alongside our partners, Mark leads PACE with a culture rooted in deep trust, respect, and an infinite drive for service excellence. His super skills include business transformation, legal technology planning, budgeting & forecasting, technology change management, and IT strategy.

When not working, Mark can be found in one of three places: driving his teenagers to their recreational interests; outdoors in the open air, enjoying their rural property in Halton Hills or their cottage in Haliburton; or at the gym, where he remains devoted to his physical and mental well-being.
