Brooke is our Desk Team Leader, acting on her experience in network support, desk coordination & help-desk support. Brooke brings a high level of expertise to the team, which allows for faster issue resolution and higher satisfaction for our clients. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology and a Master’s Degree in Technology Management from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation.

As Desk Team Leader, Brooke's role involves managing and leading our help desk and providing technical assistance to our clients experiencing IT issues. Brooke also provides efficient and effective support, maintains high levels of client satisfaction, and monitors metrics. Her super skills include team leadership, technical support, troubleshooting, client care & incident management.

After work, Brooke loves to unwind by watching movies and anime. She also enjoys travelling the world, trying new experiences, gaming, and chatting with her friends on the collective.
